Cancellation & refund policy

Registration cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser and emailed to info@aafps.com.au

Registration cancellations received up to 3 August, 2019 will receive a full refund, less $100 administration fee. Cancellations received between 4-30 August, 2019 will receive a 75% refund less a $100 administration fee and received on or after 1 September, 2019 will not receive a refund at all. Registrations are transferrable up to 31 August, 2019 at no charge. Amendments after this date will incur a $100 administration fee.
